- Preferred Providers Organization of Michigan (PPOM)
If we do not participate with your insurance carrier we will still bill them as a convenience to you, but a 20% payment of the total charges will be due at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made with the billing department. You will be responsible for any balance not paid by your insurance carrier. |
